Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
